Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ajay Kumar Singh Vs Union of India & Others dated 14/01/2019 regarding notification of standards of lead to be used in PVC pipes and to phase out lead as stabilizer in PVC pipes. [2] NGT directs Ministry of Environment & Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) to furnish a status report in the matter within one month.
