Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tanseer Ahmad Vs M/s. Alnoor Exports & Others dated 31/01/2019 regarding violation of environmental norms by M/s Alnoor Exports, Muzaffar Nagar in operating a slaughter house and meat processing unit.
[2] The Uttar Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (UPSPCB) after conducting an inspection submitted a report to the Tribunal that states that physical and chemical parameters are within norms and there was no odour. The UPSPCB may continue to monitor the compliance of environmental norms by the unit in question in accordance with law.
