Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 13/02/2019 regarding Vision Document for Taj Mahal preservation.

Court extends by eight weeks the time to file the Management Plan by the ASI and two weeks time to the State of Uttar Pradesh to file the vision document. Additional Advocate General representing Uttar Pradesh informs the Apex Court that the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT), Ahmedabad, has requested for six months’ time to submit a report with regard to declaring Agra as a heritage city. Court directs an interim report to be submitted by CEPT within a period of eight weeks.
