Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anil Kumar Singh Vs State of Jharkhand & Others dated 19/02/2019 regarding Environment Clearance for the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Plant at Ranchi.
[2] NGT says that the authorities have been delaying the process and that the matter has been pending since 2015. As a last opportunity, the Tribunal directs the Ranchi Municipal Corporation and the SEIAA, Jharkhand to ensure that the entire exercise is completed within a period of one month.
