Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anil Kumar Singh Vs State of Jharkhand & Others dated 19/02/2019 regarding Environment Clearance for the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Plant at Ranchi. NGT says that the authorities have been delaying the process and that the matter has been pending since 2015. As a last opportunity, the Tribunal directs the Ranchi Municipal Corporation and the SEIAA, Jharkhand to ensure that the entire exercise is completed within a period of one month.
