Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vasant Vatkar Vs Union of India & Others dated 26/02/2019. By order dated 11.07.2018, NGT had directed the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) to place on record all factual aspects and the final map of the Tiger Corridor between Shayadari Range to Radhanagri Wildlife Sanctuary, particularly, the portion passing through Village Manoli depicting the land, protected land, unclaimed forest.
[2] As none has appeared on behalf of MoEF&CC the matter has been listed to another date.
