Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vipas Pandit Vs Union of India & Others dated 06/03/2019 regarding final notification of Eco Sensitive Zone (ESZ). This application has been filed by MoEF & CC for extension of time to finalize the 
[2] notification in compliance of the order dated 07.01.2019. NGT grants four weeks time to the Ministry to issue final notification while emphasising that the time is given so that "final notification of ESZ is to be notified at the earliest in the interest of the sanctuary, namely Keoladeo National Park".
