Plastic Enterprise in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh carrying out recycling/processing of hazardous chemical waste from Delhi and discharging untreated hazardous chemicals in open drains.

The NGT directs the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) to look into the matter, take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within one month.
