Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohammad Yusuf Abdullah Shaikh & Others Vs State of Maharashtra & Others dated 02/04/2019 regarding remedial steps against air pollution caused by melting of plastic at Malegaon in the State of Maharashtra.
[2] NGT directs for the constitution of a joint Committee comprising the representatives of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the MSPCB and the Malegaon Municipal Corporation and asks the committee to submit a factual and action taken report.
