The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), the District Magistrate, West Delhi and South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) furnished a report on the matter stating that certain steps have been taken but the Tribunal asks for a fresh report to be filed as it is not clear "whether on the ground any effective action has been taken in the matter."
