Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kissan Udey Samiti Vs State of Haryana & Others dated 06/05/2019 regarding proper sanitation system and sewage system in buildings constructed in Sectors 58 to 64 at Kundli, District Sonipat, Haryana.

The present application has been to the effect that no steps have been taken and the officials of the State PCB are colluding with the polluters. The result is that solid waste is being thrown in the open land causing environmental hazard. In view of the grievance of the applicant about the continued non-compliance, the Tribunal seeks a report from the Chief Secretary of Haryana about the status of compliance of SWM Rules and Sewage Management in the present context within one month.
