Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tabish Hasan Vs State of Bihar dated 09/05/2019 regarding Agrozee Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. a food processing unit operating in village Chakabdul Ghani, district Samastipur, Bihar without any safeguards of the environment. [2] NGT directs the Bihar State Pollution Control Board look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
