Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anurup Panda Vs WBPCB & Others dated 14/05/2019 regarding Zig Zag technology for brick kilns in West Bengal.
[2] The West Bengal Pollution Control Board and State of West Bengal were required to submit a report on the matter in the order dated 19/02/2019 and more than two months time was granted but with no results. The NGT gives two months more time to submit the report and made it very clear that failure to do so would lead to coercive action including payment of heavy penalty.
