Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dal Chand & Others Vs D. P. Panchal & Co. & Others dated 11/07/2019 regarding pollution caused by D.P. Panchal & Co., Magnum Ventures Ltd., Careyel Medical Systems P. Ltd., P. Ent Labels, Skilltron and Krbi Ltd. in District Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Chemicals in the form of pesticides, chlorinated solvents, petroleum chemicals, mercury PCBs, dioxins and other persisting organic pollutants are polluting the environment and causing health hazard. The applicants in support of their argument have filed photographs.

The NGT, keeping in view the seriousness of the matter orders a factual and action taken report to be furnished by a Joint Committee comprising representatives of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad.
