Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Prem Singh & Others Vs M/s Sakar Hari Eit Udyog & Others dated 24/07/2019 regarding illegal operation of brick kilns in Districts of Moradabad and Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. The kilns were operated by M/s Sakar Hari Eit Udyog and M/s Jaisriram Brick Works.

NGT directs submission of an action taken report in the matter by the Uttar Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (UPSPCB) and the District Magistrate of Sambhal and Moradabad Districts in a month.
