Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Aditya Dubey Vs Amazon Retail India Private Limited & Others dated 22/10/2019 regarding excessive use of plastic packaging materials by Amazon.in and Flipkart.com in the course of e-marketing in violation of ‘Extended Producer Responsibility’ Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
