Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ram Avatar Yadav Vs Union of India & Others dated 14/11/2019 regarding non-forest activities on 260 acres of forest land comprising of Aravali plantation and Gair Mumkin Pahad in the village Mandawar, Gurugram District, Haryana without any forest clearance. The area is wildlife corridor. Felling of trees will be illegal and adversely impact air quality.

The Tribunal directed the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Haryana to submit a factual and action taken report within one month. In the meanwhile, no tree may be cut without following the due process of law.
