Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Goa Foundation Vs Union of India & Others dated 29/11/2019 regarding utilisation of the Iron Ore Permanent Fund, which contains approximately a sum of Rs. 500 crores. It is further pointed out by the Additional Solicitor General (ASG) that the scheme has been framed, but that is under litigation in some other matter.

In response to it, the SC directed that the facts and the scheme be placed on record and the orders in the litigation, which is stated to be pending , be also placed on record. Also, the ASG has been granted permission to file an application on mining waste.
