Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jadab Chandra Saha & Others Vs West Bengal Pollution Control Board & Others dated 27/01/2020 regarding a rice mill in village of Madanpur, Post Office Mathpalsa, District Birbhum, West Bengal. It is alleged that pollution is caused by the boiler, chimney and parboiling plant located adjacent to the village despite the fact that there are sufficient space inside the mill complex.
