Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 06/03/2020 regarding welfare of elephants at Amer Fort and Haathi Gaon in Rajasthan.

The SC directed the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) to send a team comprising veterinary doctors to examine and take all steps to restore the health of the elephants at Amer Fort and Haathi Gaon in Rajasthan and submit a report regarding the medical conditions of those elephants.
