Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jitendra Kumar Vs Union of India & Others dated 29/06/2020 regarding encroachment of green spaces in and around Ram Ji Dham colony and Rishipuram Colony, Sikandra, Agra by the operation of cattle sheds and dairy farms.

The NGT directed the Collector Agra to ensure that no illegal construction or cattle shed or operation of dairy farm are raised/takes place in the area of green belt in future.
