Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sukhram Malakar Vs State of Rajasthan dated 29/09/2020. A report was sought by the NGT from the District Magistrate, Ajmer and the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board with reference to the allegation of encroachment of lake Gondaval, resulting in narrowing of the lake at Madanganj Kishanganj, district Ajmer.

The report filed by the District Magistrate, Ajmer in its report July 23, 2020 has said that steps had been taken as per the Master Plan. Further, further steps would be taken for the protection of the lake. In view of the report, the NGT disposed of the case.
