Grievance in this application is that no action is being taken against encroachment of Tikri Rajvaha Bhola Jhal (drain) joining Dasna drain in district Ghaziabad. M/s Landcraft Developers Pvt. Ltd has developed the housing township and M/s Columbia Asia Hospital has set up a hospital by way of encroachment. There is also encroachment by Ghaziabad Development Authority.

The District Magistrate, Ghaziabad filed an action taken report, September 17, 2020 in compliance to the NGT order January 22, 2020. The report said that the illegal encroachments have been removed.

However, the applicant has filed an objection, stating that the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is still encroaching the Tikri Rajvaha Bhola Jhal drain.

The NGT, November 18, 2020 directed the applicant, Ved Prakash Aggarwal to approach the District Magistrate, Ghaziabad to look into the matter and take remedial action as required.
