The matter related to Central Vista. Justice Sanjiv Khanna set aside the final notification of modification/change of land use dated 28th March 2020 in respect of the 6 plots in the Central Vista. However, Justice A.M. Khanwilkar (on behalf of himself and Justice Dinesh Maheshwari) disposed of the appeal filed by Rajeev Suri against the new Parliament building projects.
