As per the last joint inspection team recommendations, Moon Beverages has complied with all the recommendations except obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from CGWA for groundwater abstraction. However, the unit had applied for the renewal of its NOC before the expiry of the last NOC from CGWA.
The unit falls under "overexploited category" and the CGWA had forwarded the application of the unit for NOC to the state groundwater department (UPGWD) for further necessary action.
