The court was informed that a notification dated January 30, 2020 has been issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, declaring the Eco-Sensitive Zone around the Dibru Saikhowa National Park.
The court directed that the notification be brought on record by way of affidavit within two weeks and listed the matter of August 13, 2021.
