Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mythily Manoharan Vs Union of India & Others dated 19/08/2021.

The application sought review of NGT order, June 24, 2021 in response to the allegation of violation of environmental norms by Radhey Radhey Builders, Nasirpur, Delhi in the course of loading and unloading of material in heavy trucks 24x7.

The DPCC in its report had said that loading and unloading had stopped and there was no continuing violation of environmental norms. However, the applicant has said that violation is continuing resulting in generation of dust and noise affecting the inhabitants of the area.

The NGT directed the DPCC to look into the matter alongwith with the DCP and furnish a factual and action taken report within a period of one month.
