Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shivalik Emerald Hills Residents Welfare Society Vs Department of Forest, Uttarakhand dated 01/09/2021.
Grievance in the application was against encroachment of the forest land in Malsi forest in Bindal Rao in Rajpur, Dehradun. The court directed a report to be furnished by a joint committee of PCCF (HoFF), Uttarakhand, SEIAA, Uttarakhand and the District Magistrate, Dehradun. The report has to be furnished within one month.
