In the application, applicant has raised the plea that a Sal reserve forest spread over 20.9270 acres in Aamwala Tarla village, Dehradun, Uttarakhand within Ward No. 61 of the Municipal Corporation exists. The grievance of the applicant is that the private builders have constructed a road inside the forest and they are cutting the trees and trying to sell the land of the forest.
