Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tapan Roy Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 24/01/2022.
Grievance in the application is regarding commercial activities in the residential area (Street No.5 Main Road, Subhash Park, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi-32 North-East Zone) causing noise, air pollution and environment damage by two industries.

The NGT directed the formation of a joint committee of DPCC, EDMC, DCP, Shahdara and the District Magistrate, Shahdara to look into the grievance and take remedial action in accordance with law.
