Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of All India Drug Action Network & Others Vs Union of India Ministry of Health & Others dated 13/09/2023. Additional Solicitor General informed the Supreme Court that the Union government would place an update affidavit on the record setting out the mechanism for the price control of life saving and essential drugs.
