Compliance report on behalf of Madhya Pradesh in the matter of Abhay Kumar Akolkar Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated March 11, 2024.

The matter related to the encroachment of Teliya Talab, Mandsaur district on the basis of forged and fictitious map. Through the order dated February 24, 2024 of Tehsildar Mandsaur, a team of 28 members was constituted to carry out demarcation of Teliya Talab.

The present demarcation is in consonance of Mandsaur Draft Plan 2035, Water Level According to Drone Survey dated August 28, 2021. "That during the course of the demarcation process, the delineated talab boundary with red lines, as indicated in the attached map accompanying the relevant order, was precisely marked on the revenue map. Subsequently, onsite demarcation activities were initiated utilizing existing permanent markers, the demarcation of Telia Talab's land was initiated with a GNSS rover machine, ensuring alignment with the permanent markers", the report said.

The precise boundary of Telia Talab has been demarcated by examination of both, Telia Talab According to NRSC Satellite Data and Mandsaur Draft Plan 2035, Water Level According to Drone Survey dated July 28, 2021 and the outer boundary of Telia Talab is demarcated in the revenue map.
