Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today appreciated the acumen and ability of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, who are facilitating the formalisation of the nuclear deal.
This would make India a super power apart from ensuring uninterrupted power in all times to come in all parts of the country, including rural areas.
