Highways Minister T.B. Ekanayake has funded Rs. 500,000 to reconstruct a rural road in Kurunegala, Mavidalupotha which was in a dilapidated state for the last few years.
The road which had not been repaired for a long time was full of large pot-holes which turn into muddy puddles on rainy days inconveniencing both motorists and pedestrians.
