ASANSOL, Oct. 12: Two days after reports of at least 10 diarrhoea-related deaths in the Kulti municipality area became public, a joint team of experts, including paramedics, today began delivering medical assistance to residents. The team comprises five experts each from the Eastern Coalfields Limited and district health services.
