PISAWADA: Baldev Makwana, 40, keenly watched the budget. A Dalit farmer from this village, 60 km from city, he wanted more. And, he seems to be let down by budget announcement. Now, only National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGA) is the ray of hope afloat for Baldev.
