NAGAON, March 23: A pathetic and destructive picture of the various drawbacks of globalization and its outcome can be seen grasping human lives at its full in Nagaon district where disabilities caused by arsenic and fluride are on a constant rise. Government sources said, there are more than 10,000 disabled children out of the 20,000 disabled adults in the district.
