THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The going has been good so far for the Thiruvananthapuram scheme of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC)-assisted Kerala State Water Supply Project (now known as the Japan International Cooperation Agency [JICA]-assisted project). The Rs 300-crore Thiruvananthapuram scheme of the Rs 2,590-crore project has made enough progress, officials say.
