ALAPPUZHA: Kerala Water Resources Minister N. K. Premachandran said here on Tuesday that the Centre should intervene in the Mullaperiyar dam issue without waiting for the Supreme Court verdict in the case.
Talking to reporters, he said the State was still firm on its stance that a new dam should come up at Mullaperiyar since the existing one was in a dangerous condition.
