Project cloud on lake health - 35ft wall with boulders to reduce size of Line Tank [1]

The beautification plan for Line Tank can well be its death knell, too.

The irony of the project is that the Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC), its custodian, was not taken into confidence about the damaging changes being effected by the Ranchi Regional Development Authority (RRDA), the agency in charge of the beautification plan.
