After the first downpour of monsoon season in Karachi, the outbreak of viral and bacterial diseases, like gastro-enteritis, has been reported from various health facilities of the metropolis due to the failure of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) to provide clean drinking water to the consumers.
