Udhagamandalam: A large number of wildlife trophies were seized from a club here on Tuesday night in a raid conducted by Forest Department officials.
It was stated that the 176-year old Ootacamund Club was in possession of a number of trophies and that many of them had been kept without permission.
District Forest Officer K. Soundarapandian said that 82 such trophies were found.
