KOHIMA, Jan 16: Seeking to ensure supply of safe and clean drinkable water as also to check the metering system in the State capital, Minister for PHED Dr K Ngangshi Ao today carried out a spot-inspection of the Water Treatment Plant at Jotsoma and the progress of the metering systems in various localities of Kohima town.
