JINDAL Stainless (JSL) has told the Supreme Court that the decision of the Orissa government and Industrial Development Corporation of Orissa (IDCOL) to enter into a joint venture agreement with Orissa Mining Corporation (OMC) to develop the Tangarpada chromite mines in the state is illegal and violative of the apex court order.
