MUMBAI: Prashant Kolwadkar, a resident of Ashtavinayak Apartment, Bandra (E), cannot open the window close to his dining table even at breakfast time. His Kalanagar friend Ajit Verma also has a similar problem. To blame are the sudden swarm of mosquitoes flooding the area as if it were the monsoon. And making matters worse is an unbearable stench emitted by a stretch of the Mithi.
