Amidst flurry of construction activities in the capital, Delhi Jal Board has decided to levy an extra infrastructure charge on multistoreyed apartments, with more than four storeys, exceeding 250 square yard of plot size.
The DJB in its board meeting also decided to draft a Master Plan 2031, which would be done by a consultant, to prepare the water body to meet challenges 21 years ahead.
