KOCHI: The Bharat Petroleum Ltd, Kochi Refinery, in association with Kerala state Fire and Rescue Services, will conduct a two-day workshop for firemen on scientific methods to deal with hazardous chemical emergencies, which will be inaugurated by Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan at the BPCL Kochi Refinery Learning Centre on Saturday.
