An affidavit filed in NGT gives information that the State Government is taking steps to establish clusters for setting fire cracker units in different districts for which purpose areas have been earmarked in the South 24 Parganas and for the districts of Hooghly, Howrah, Murshidabad and Burdwan. NGT demands a report on this matter.
