KOLKATA, 4 MARCH: The state urban development department will prepare an environmental resource management plan to preserve natural resources in the civic bodies.
Mr Asok Bhattacharya, state minister for urban development said the plan will be mooted in every ward within the municipal area. He laid the foundation stone of Subhas Sarobar this afternoon.
