virtual blackout is expected in the city on March 27 for one hour duration as part of the Earth Hour initiative as all nonessential lights will be switched off. Chief minister Sheila Dikshit and brand ambassador of Earth Hour 2010 Abhishek Bachchan on Wednesday took part in a function organised by the WWF as part of its campaign to make the initiative a grand success in India.
